Moving in was one for the books it was a heck of a process dealing with multiple different people to help us with our move in, and no communication at all. I’m moved in and so far my building concierge are nice and the building is quite.

Gorgeous views overlooking the Hudson River. Large capacity washers and dryers in units. Friendly staff. Roomy apartments with lots of light. Located right by the Metro North station.

The convenience fee is an absolute joke. I will not be paying that. The building is dirty and loud. I still need more characters so I have to keep typing.

I love my apartment and its location. The concierge staff is great - friendly and helpful. What has been hard is the amenities. The elevator has gone down quite a bit in the past year for days and up to a week which is hard on those of us that have medical issues. The time that it takes to get the locked doors in the garage fixed or our intercom/buzzer system fixed has taken months. All in all, I love living in the complex, I just hope that the timelines to fix property issues gets better

I am a proud tenant moving here was one of the best things that happened to me. The services is awesome Michael Vargas always available when needed, maintenance. Staff is very thorough concierge Brittany very good customer service. For the 2+ years that I’ve been here everything has been great. There are some things that I feel that needs to be addressed. in 1 Van Der Donck On the second floor, the compactor room door used to close by itself now when you open it, it doesn’t close the Anymore and needs to be looked at the carpet needs to be clean and I would like to see the security cameras throughout the complex also, with the parking garage, I noticed visitors wait until you exit to come in that raises a safety issue

Been living here for over 7 years now. Overall still a very nice place to live, quiet neighborhood with nice places to eat/hangout, and friendly staff. However, I’ve experienced some disturbance from a neighbor’s dog barking for hours throughout the day most days. The barking is so loud that you can still hear it from the farthest room inside your apartment, even with the door closed. I’m aware that the neighbor and management have been informed, however this disturbance is still ongoing and has been for a few months now. This is definitely not a reflection of the entire complex, but it has been my experience living here as of late.

As a long time resident I’m disturbed by the nightly loud noises in the lobby. Unfortunately my apt is close to the lobby and the elevator. It would be great if my fellow residents could be more considerate. I have spoken to the evening concierge to no avail.

It could be better. This community is not as secure with the garage door constantly out of order and the side door on Van Der Donck not locked at all leaving us vulnerable. Anyone could walk through that gate. The security we deserve does not warrant the rent we pay. Please fix it otherwise you will continue to lose tenants.

Amazing view and the area is very well kept. We have access to a lot of facilities and services that include 2 gyms. The Concierge Service has personnel that are friendly and welcoming. I recommended someone to move to this area and it looks like Riverclub will be the way to go!

Management of this complex leaves much to be desired. Communication is difficult and taking care of a pressing issue in a timely manner is practically impossible. Maintenance is hit or miss depending in who is servicing the building at the time. The price is great for the size and the easy commute to the city, but some buildings are more well kept than others and it shows.
