Officially moved in! The staff have all been exceptionally helpful. It has been exhausting with the strenuous process of moving all while working a very demanding job. But here we are !!!! The neighborhood seems very welcoming thus far.

A dead mouse sat in a stairwell for a week and no one was cleaning it up, and there were no traps set in said stairway or surrounding area as prevention for other mice.

As much as I love it here the rent is becoming unbearable. The neighborhood is becoming a bit unsafe and noisy. Fix it otherwise keeping tenants is going to continue to become more difficult to attain.

Living here is like living a movie scene! Beautiful breathtaking view; whether you are looking at the Hudson or metro north. everything is within walking distance including spa, coffee shops and yummy restaurants! I love it, what a vibe to live in❤️

Si far very happy with the apartment finish and amenities. Just move in but overall all is perfect. Parking garage is nice a toastie every time I come from outside the door windshield is fogged but I think it is going to be good during the winter.

So far it has been extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone throughout this process, including applying, signing the lease, and scheduling move in. Today, for example, I’m supposed to move in tomorrow and I am not getting information about move in time or reserving the elevator. The phone number for the concierge is going to a full voicemail box. The main office rings until the call disconnects.

I've had an excellent experience so far! Some rooms have decent views but we chose a room that has a perfect mix of city, water, and mountain views. Maintenence responds accordingly and in a timely manner. And these rooms are big! Highly recommended, coming from someone who was iffy about the Yonkers area 😊

The apartment itself is alright, though there are several things that are ignored that HAVE to be fixed about the building like pests and other issues that make leasing agents in the office recommend AGAINST renting in the building. Constantly having maintenance requests put on hold and not taken care of and management being scattered, dismissive, and/or prioritizing other buildings' residents over this building's have led to a poor experience that is only salvaged by the waterfront the properties are situated on.

Just renewed my lease at Hudson Park South, Management is good, concierge are top and maintenance personal respond fast. I enjoy living here, contemplating the view and walking in the surroundings is a wonderful experience (Relaxing) I haven't used the gym much but it has decent equipment and is well maintained. Parking lot is ok, it has a close circuit surveillance system.

Pros: apartments are spacious, washer and dryer in unit, gorgeous views, close to MetroNorth. Cons: super-loud air conditioning units, occasional water bugs and cockroaches, can be hard to get a hold of the leasing office.

The attempts to foster and pretend to value an apartment community because it's a cheaper alternative to solving real problems with the building and improving quality of life for it's residents are pretty obvious. Unfortunately, occasional food in the lobby doesn't make up for the lack of parking, broken plumbing, tiny and inconvenient appliances or unresponsive administration team. They won't read this.

I have lived here for 3 years and my experience has been great. The improvements to the property is nice. The staff really takes time with the residents. There is no noise in the evening which gives a peaceful feel to the area. Being so close to public transportation is a plus.

The location is great and easy to get around. The building is alright. There are several small issues to resolve, like curling carpets in the halls, mismatching paint colors on the walls, and poorly heated hallways.

For almost 7 years I’ve been asking what the Be Rewarded program is all about. It’s very frustrating that none of the administration on site know anything about it. What’s the point of knowing I have all these points with no idea what to do with them? Several people have said they’ll get back to me but no one has. Enough already!

The greatest entry door staff and cleaning staff that I have ever experienced while living in an apartment. The entry door staff gracefully assists with providing our packages. The cleaning staff keeps the apartment hallways, elevators, and common spaces extremely clean. My only complaint is the apartment maintenance. It appears more staff is needed. All heaters and AC units in every apartment should be replaced.

It is great here during the winter months. I would give a better review if it wasn't so noisy in the warmer months. When they took away our community room, it destroyed us. We should have access to the amenities that Riverfront has because they are s part of Hudson Park. I wouldn't mind going swimming......

I enjoy living at Hudson park south because the location is so convenient. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I have lived here almost three years and rarely have issues with repairs in my apartment. The peace and quiet is the best. Once I arrive home from a long day at work, I can relax and not worry about noise.

Love the Monday-Friday concierge team. The same cannot be said for the weekend AM shift. Maintenance team continues to be GREAT. After SIX MONTHS, the garage door was finally repaired (About damned time!!!😡😡😡)

So far my experience have been great. The process has been super seamless. Everyone is so welcoming. We move in late November, so we hope this great service continues and its not something that ends. Lastly! SABRINA!!!!! she amazing, she helped us out a lot. I appreciate her honesty, she was trying to upsell us, she was honestly trying to help us and give us what we were looking. She super patient!! I will be recommending people to her! Hopefully this could a place we stay in long-term. Thank you all

I would give it 5 stars if the grout for the bathroom tiles were updated. It is rusted in my unit and there are gaps in the grout lines. other than that I have no complaints

The community seems nice and the apartment looked good, but I haven't been able to build up enough experience to really build up an opinion of any sort of substance due to the limited amount of time I have spent within the apartment and community thus far.

Hudson Park is a solid community. The front desk and maintenance staff are responsive. Residents do not always take care in the hallways so corners of halls and the carpets are constantly needing attention

Rent goes up about $400 every year. Apartment is modern. Sometimes it feels like high school. The gym is decent. A pool would be nice for the summer. It’s not fair other buildings have access to our amenities but we don’t have access to theirs.

Garage doors have been out of service for a MONTH. This represents security for us against the homeless who get kicked out of the train station when it closes at 2am, and the local knuckleheads wandering around at all hours of the day. Where is the proactive push to secure tenant safety? Safety is an amenity you cannot put a price on. Security is not always on site during the overnight hours. There are no excuses for NOT getting these doors repaired...

For the past few months Inhave not been feeling safe in this community. The garage doors are constantly breaking down. That makes the residents and their cars vulnerable. Anything can happen. I shouldn't have to rely on courtesy officers when I leave my house just tonget to my vehicle. People also leave that side door next to the garage open. I am referring to 1 van der donck. I am losing faith here. I am a long time resident and for the last 7 yrs I was NEVER late with my rent and to feel this way is no good. I am considering leaving Hudson Park for this very reason

We absolutely love it here. Only complaints are minor: The neighboring buildings need to crack down on cleaning up after dogs, and there’s a girl who won’t stop smoking by the rear entrance.

There’s no denying the gorgeous view. However, I put in a service request and haven’t heard anything back. Also, people drive like maniacs near my building. We have 2 dogs to walk and are always on high alert.

Some of the community residents are terrible neighbors..play loud music all hours well past .11PM. Allowing their dogs to bark continually. Trash not properly disposed of The neighborhood residents everyday when the weather is warm congregate outside fighting, have their cars parked causing cars to back up. Then play music from the cars right outside residents windows.. Perform sexual acts in Their vehicles....throw their trash out their cars onto the sidewalk The poor hard working maintenance staff have to clean the sidewalk along the building everyday... And some of the residents allow their pets to poop in the garage.. The cops will address the issue but as soon as the cops leave The music is back on... One of the residents yelled "hey turn down your music...they individuals responded with expletives and threatened to "empty my clip" aka shoot the tenant here in Hudson Park South... SMH So my experience here... Is like a ... living in a expensive Housing project...

I have lived here over a year. It has a great experience. Peace and quiet when I come home. Clean building and comfortable neighborhood. The restaurants in the area are also a plus.
